Hello,

Hopefully this is an appropriate place to leave a positive comment for someone.

I wanted to take a moment and say thank you to Flavio Porri, who works for the Pagopa Helpdesk. He went above and beyond in his efforts to assist me on an issue that I was having. I really appreciate his help and think that his excellent customer service is reflective of Pagopa’s great service to its customers.
