Spese SistemaTS test in errore

Buongiorno,

da qualche giorno riscontriamo in ambiente di test spese SistemaTS impossibilità di invio.
Il webservice SOAP risponde sempre con

HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error
Content-Type: text/xml
X-Backside-Transport: FAIL FAIL
Connection: close

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
